Laird Institute of Spa Therapy Enrollment Process

1. Student must complete and submit an Enrollment Application. Loan Credit Application for Financial Aid, FASFA and ORA--to be chosen at the interview.
   
   
2. The following items must be submitted to the Laird Institute of Advanced Spa Therapy with the Enrollment Application:
   
   
   • Registration Fee ($150.00) [non-refundable]
     
     
   • Copy of High School Diploma, GED, or High School Transcript
     
     
   • Copy of Social Security Card and Driver's License
     
     
   • Four (4) passport photos
     
     
   • State Application Fee ($25.00)
     
     
   
   
   
3. The student must schedule an appointment for admission to Laird Institute of Spa Therapy. Call 800-576-2457 for details
