Laird Institute of Spa Therapy Enrollment Process

1. Student must complete and submit an Enrollment Application. Loan Credit Application to be chosen at the interview.
   
   
2. The following items must be submitted to the Laird Institute of Spa Therapy with the Enrollment Application:
   
   
   • Registration Fee ($150.00) [non-refundable]
     
     
   • Copy of High School Diploma, GED, or High School Transcript
     
     
   • Copy of Social Security Card and Driver's License
     
     
   • Four (4) passport photos
     
     
   • State Application Fee ($25.00)
     
     
   
   
   
3. The student must schedule an appointment for admission to Laird Institute of Spa Therapy. Call 800-576-2457 for details
